NYSSMA All-State Bus – Westchester County
● WCSMA is sponsoring bus transportation to & from Rochester for the conference.
● Students arriving in Rochester are not considered late if they arrive on school-sponsored transportation that arrives late. They are excused.
● The bus will have WCSMA teachers as chaperones. WCSMA members ride free!
● Students may choose to take the bus one-way or round-trip
● No refunds
Cost is $150
There will be plenty of room to store/transport instruments and luggage
The bus will depart from the Westchester County Center in White Plains
The bus will drop students at their respective hotels
Westchester teachers will be in the registration area to assist students
The bus will depart Rochester on Sunday, December 7, at ~1:00 PM, which will allow students to collect luggage after the Sunday concert.
TRIP TO ROCHESTER
Departure Date: Thursday, December 4, 2025
Departure time: 6:30 am
Please arrive by 6:10 am to allow the bus to leave promptly at 6:30
RETURN TRIP FROM ROCHESTER
Departure Date: Sunday, December 7, 2025 Departure Time: 1:00 pm
Estimated Time of Arrival to the County Center is 8:00 pm
