Dear Music Colleagues,
The Ardsley Union Free School District will be hosting the 2024 Piano NYSSMA
Festival on Friday, May 31, and Saturday, June 1, 2024 at Ardsley Middle School
located at 700 Ashford Avenue, Ardsley, NY 10502.
In two weeks, Da Capo registration will open on Friday, March 15, 2024 and close on
Friday, April 19, 2024.
All scheduling will be on a first-paid basis. Your application should be accompanied by
ONE check or Purchase Order to cover all student fees. Checks are to be made
payable to NYSSMA and sent to:

Your application with the proper amount of fees is due on April 26, which is five (5)
weeks prior to the festival. Just a reminder please make sure students have original
copies of their music for the adjudicator. NO PHOTOCOPIES are allowed.
Directors or Coordinators of Music, PLEASE share this information with members of
your staff and any new staff members in your department.
