You should be able to find your invoice in alphabetical order by name and ensemble. Please double-check to make sure all your students are listed and the total amount is correct. If not, please let me know and I will make you a new invoice.

Please remember to mail the letter of responsibility no later than December 16, 2022. Checks and POs should be submitted not later than January 3, 2023, so music can be distributed as quickly as possible.

Please send me an e-mail confirmation saying you were able to open the attachments. If you know a student will not be able to participate, please let me know as soon as possible. DO NOT send students who have conflicts with any of the rehearsals or performance dates. You will see new language in the Letter of Responsibility regarding this matter. Please explain to your students that they must be able to attend ALL rehearsals. (Snow dates also) No exceptions!

Students accepted to the orchestra will receive a separate e-mail from Shadman Mirza, orchestra coordinator. Students accepted to chorus will receive a separate email from Jennifer Giustino, chorus coordinator.

If you no longer teach a student who has been accepted, please pass along this information to the student’s current teacher.
