The student is a member in good standing of the  school organization that corresponds to the WCSMA organization he\/she  wishes to join.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>2. The school music teacher signing the letter  of responsibility is the teacher of the student in        the said  school music organization.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>3.
