Student responses are due 9\/18. They are excused.<br \/>\n\u25cf The bus will have WCSMA teachers as chaperones. WCSMA members ride free!<br \/>\n\u25cf Students may choose to take the bus one-way or round-trip<br \/>\n\u25cf No refunds<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Cost is $150<\/p>\n<p>There will be plenty of room to store\/transport instruments and luggage<br \/>\nThe bus will depart from the Westchester County Center in White Plains<br \/>\nThe bus will drop students at their respective hotels<br \/>\nWestchester teachers will be in the registration area to assist students<br \/>\nThe bus will depart Rochester on Sunday, December 7, at ~1:00 PM, which will allow students to collect luggage after the Sunday concert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">TRIP TO ROCHESTER<br \/>\nDeparture Date: Thursday, December 4, 2025<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Departure time: 6:30 am<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Please arrive by 6:10 am<\/span><\/strong> to allow the bus to leave promptly at 6:30<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">RETURN TRIP FROM ROCHESTER<br \/>\nDeparture Date: Sunday, December 7, 2025 Departure Time: 1:00 pm<br \/>\nEstimated Time of Arrival to the County Center is 8:00 pm<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/wcsma.org\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/All-State-Bus-Form-2024.pdf\">Download<\/a> and return the form with payment to Ricky Myint, WCSMA Treasurer, by 11\/4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--\n\n\n<h2>All State Bus Information<\/h2>\n\n\nAs in years past, WCSMA will provide a bus to and from Rochester for students. If your student plans to ride the bus, please email Kim Dunkin at <a href=\"mailto:zone11@nyssma.org\">zone11@nyssma.org<\/a> to make sure you receive all pertinent info about deadlines and payment. A Google Form and payment information will be sent within the next few weeks to teachers who have expressed interest for their students.\n\n$125 per student.
