11/28 Teachers notified of acceptances.
12/16 Responsibility Google Forms are due FROM FAMILIES and payment turned in to teachers.
1/3/2023 Participation fees received by WCSMA.
1/30 First Rehearsal– *Ticket information will be available by the first rehearsal


Dear Colleagues,

I am happy to share that ALL students nominated for the IAC/EAC festivals have been accepted!! I know that as educators we were not able to send as many students this year; but, I thank you for your patience as it has allowed for more county representation. We are happy to welcome Elizabeth Woodhouse back as the Elementary Conductor–Elizabeth worked with IAC just before the shutdown–and Ed Reisert (one of our very own!) as the Intermediate Conductor.

Student Letter of Responsibility/Guardian Permission – New this year I am collecting this information via google form. This will curate data needed in advance for riser charts, programs, and voicing. Please send the respective links to your students’ guardians to complete no later than 12/16. Please remind families of their child’s voice part.

    • **Please note, some of the music is SATB; thus, I am having students/families fill out the form as SATB instead of SAB- please have your student select the voice part that is best for them (Tenor or Bass). Some songs will still remain SAB.

  • Please confirm with your families that they completed the form when you receive payment!!

Payment – $20

  • Families do have to send payment to you as the teacher. Checks and POs should be received by WCSMA no later than 1/3/2023.

Next Steps – We will be in touch as soon as possible regarding distribution of music, information regarding concert attire, and rehearsal-specific information. We thank you in advance for support in volunteering at each event!

PLEASE NOTE: We can only prepare the music once we’ve received all materials and fees, so please be prompt! Music will not be prepared for any students who have not returned their letter of responsibility form or participation fees.
