All-County Ticket Refund Message

Dear All-County Festival Parents and Guardians,
We are writing to let you know the procedure for obtaining a ticket refund for the WCSMA Elementary and Intermediate All-County Concerts that were scheduled for March 7th and 8th at the Performing Arts Center at Purchase College.
1. Credit Card
If you paid by credit card, the Performing Arts Center ticket office will be working over
the weekend to process refunds directly to the card you used to purchase the tickets.
2. Check or Cash
If you paid by check or cash, you will receive a refund check by mail from the Performing Arts Center at Purchase College.
Please allow two weeks for processing of the refund.
If you have pre-purchased a recording our recording engineer, McIver Recording, assured us this morning that they will begin processing refunds today.
We will be distributing programs to the participating schools. Your school music teacher will contact you when these programs are available. Your school music teacher will be contacting you about the collection of your All-County music.
Please join us in thanking the ticket office staff of the Performing Arts Center at Purchase College for their flexibility and gracious accommodations.
We are saddened at the cancellation of the concerts but are confident that by using an abundance of caution the correct decision was made.
