Intermediate All County Choral Festival

Dear WCSMA Colleagues,

Welcome to the 2016-2017 season of All-County Chorus! Thank you for your patience as I learn my new role as your coordinator. I am sending all the information you will need in order to participate in this year’s festival.

Directions and links to the forms are at the bottom of this page. Please complete the teacher commitment form by November 1, 2016. Paper copies of the individual student letters of responsibility must be postmarked by November 15, 2016.

Firm adherence to these deadlines will allow our music to be ordered in a timely manner. Music will be delivered electronically. You will be responsible for providing practice packets to your students and for preparing them for the first rehearsal.

In an effort to continue building the strength of the festival, we will be conducting Walk Throughs in the Intermediate Choir during the first rehearsal. Please make sure these students know their music.

Step 1- Fill out and submit the ​​following teacher commitment form by November 1, 2016​

Step 3 – Download, print and fill out the appropriate student letters of responsibility and mail postmarked by November 15, 2016. Please make sure student names, as they want them to appear in the program, and the check or purchase order number to complete the process are included in this mailing.
